Terms of service


We are a small company that runs out of our home workshop and not all of our products may be in stock. Please allow up to two weeks processing time, but we will do our best to get your purchase to you in as short amount of time as possible.  


We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our leather goods. Your items should last a long time if taken care of properly. Info on how to care for your items is located on our "About our products page". Our warranty covers any defect in workmanship. This does not include damage due to mistreatment of product. In the rare instance of thread failing, the item can be repaired or replaced if repair isn't feasible at our discretion. Due to changes in product stock, colors and finishes may not be exact. Every piece of leather has it's own unique qualities that may not be replicable. 

We are not responsible to replace or refund products delayed or lost during shipping!


Once an Item is in the mail, we will no longer accept returns. If a refund is requested prior to the item shipping, a refund will be issued. There will be a 3% restocking fee that the customer will cover for any refund request.
